Today, I’m sharing with you a very simple but very good recipe: a crustless flan, prepared in the Magimix Cook Expert (or in the Thermomix if that’s the one you have at home). It’s one of those recipes that require almost nothing, but always please everyone. No need for pastry, no fuss, just a few everyday ingredients and a machine to do the work.

I came across this idea while scrolling Instagram, on the account of Laetice Pâtisse. The flan immediately appealed to me (especially its quick-to-prepare side): a melting texture, a well-pronounced vanilla taste, and that lovely golden surface we all love.

Of course, we’re a bit far from my ultra creamy vanilla flan that I love to bits and I obviously still prefer that one, but for a dessert made in 5 minutes, I think we’re doing pretty well 😉

In short, it’s the kind of dessert you prepare without stress, for an afternoon snack, a family dessert or just to treat yourself. So if you like simple and quick recipes, get out your eggs, your milk and your machine, and off you go!
